Cheap pricing, proximity to old town, basic but clean room
No pool despite promises!!! Irons being situated far from beds contributed to inconvenience. The furniture clutter in rooms felt excessive. It's predictable but needs attention!!!

The hotel was spotless based in a functional style building with very very helpful and supremely helpful staff. The food was great, I enjoyed fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, eggs and cheese served in the morning. Good sized and brand-new rooms were modern on higher floors.

Our twin room was complete with coffee, fridge, for instance. The hotel was in a magnificent location, very close to the center. Besides, it was just off the beach, old town, near the beach, and Praia Dos Arrifes.
There were very hard beds in our room.

Seems to be a very Personable place. The breakfasts are a little boring for a two week stay but still adequate. The gentleman running the bar in the evening is great. He makes every effort to make customers feel comfortable and well taken care of . He deserves a big raise. There seems to be a problem in the hotel with the plumbing ventlation. When the wind is right there is a bad odour in the hotel. The main desk person is great. The hotel is close to down town but not so close that the party noise is a problem, Good. I like this hotel>
The worst part of the hotel is the lack of reasonable internet access. One euro to 10 min is excessive. This could be improved easily with little expense.

The location was good and the cost was low the rooms were clean
the maids moved the beds around from 9 am till 5pm every day and this made alot of noise not good when you go out partying till 4 am The shower was very powerful which was good but the shower head kept coming off the stand because of this The staff not great at reception asked for a taxi and got a bus and got charged 35 euros for a trip back to the airport when a taxi is only 38 euros The computer you can use is a rip off 1 euro for 10 mims and very slow The pool is very cold and very small area and not enough sun beds

We enjoyed the pool and a cozy lounge area. It's just a short walk to the beach and old town. Great for storing luggage before flights too. Staff was super helpful. Don't miss out on local bars nearby, perfect for grabbing a drink after a beach day!

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
The hotel is just a short walk to both the beach and the vibrant city center. I loved having my morning coffee on the small balcony with a view of the pool and old town square, which really made the mornings special.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but for what you get it's still acceptable.

This hotel might as well promote sleepless nights. The cleaning staff practically invaded at dawn while dragging furniture, and, good luck finding a spot by the pool- no parasols to shield from the blazing sun. It's an absolute disgrace I wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade after all this chaos. I just couldn't recommend it.

The bed was firm and we slept well.
This hotel is potrayed as a three star which it clearly is not . If it had been presented as perhaps a one star, I would when considering the cost relative to other hotels in the town be more satisfied. The place smells and strong smelling cleaning materials are used to mask the aroma. The pool area is not atractive and is cramped. The breakfast was bland, boring and cheap. again not what you would expect from a three star or even a one star hotel. The meanest breakfast I have ever come across. If the hotel was described truthfully I could have booked a genuine two star hotel I found in town , closer too the beach and better all round than this one, albeit without a pool.

Location excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Small pool area gets crowded quickly, no shade available. Clean rooms with a good power shower. Breakfast options are minimal, not much variety.
